I've worked extensively within the UF/Shands and VA community for Doctors,  Professors and Scientists.   I've  spent 25 years in various nursing fields in facilities and now in Private Duty, I worked at UF College of Medicine, Daughters of Charity Hospital, Columbia Nursing and have worked extensively with Geriatric Patients having Alzheimer's. I also have extensive experience with TBI, Oncology & Hematology, Neuro and Rehab Services. I was employed as Assistant Health and Safety Director for the American Red Cross assisting in Teaching CPR, First Aid and writing Disaster Preparedness that is now implemented in natural disasters by The American Red Cross & National Guard. I have also worked as Activities Director for the Salvation Army's afterschool/summer youth programs for at risk kids and as Activities Supervisor for the Henderson Housing Authority, a program for Senior Citizens and Disabled Individuals. I have worked as a Program Tech for a MRDD program with Helen Keller Pilot program teaching coactive signing, Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and with premature babies having failure to thrive. I was later rehired when she returned home to pass.
