Hello, my name is Shannon Arnold and I am 26 years old. In 2022 I completed my Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at Cardiff Metropolitan University to become a qualified primary teacher. This past school year I lived in Cardiff and worked in a primary school as a Year 5 teacher. As well, in 2020 I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Child and Youth Studies (Honours) from Brock University. I have spent multiple years working and volunteering in child care in roles such as Summer Camp Assistant Coordinator (2017 - 18), Daycare teacher (2018 - 20), Youth University Technology Instructor (2019 - 20), Nanny (2019 - 21), and Year 5 Class Teacher (2022 - 23). I would be happy to provide a resume to provide more details of all of my experiences and skills. I completed Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED in 2015 and Re-certified in 2018 and again in 2023.
