Sitter in Wheaton, Maryland

Hello! My name is Karissa. I am looking for a weekend/date night sitter placement in Wheaton/Silver Spring, Maryland. Due to my full-time job during the week, I am only available on Friday nights and flexible on weekends. If you need to grab groceries or just want a night out, I am available starting Jan. 20th. Services And Training: I am comfortable doing transport to and from extracurriculars, overnight care on weekends only, and the occasional school pick-up. On top of this, I am comfortable working with toddlers, preschool-aged and preteen children. I have 8 years of paid work experience from working with YMCA summer camps, Freedom School Summer Literacy Program, Before and After School Care and teaching 2nd-grade students at my former place of work. I have a knack for reading, writing and using my art skills to create DIY projects. I also enjoy being outdoors and teaching children the importance of wellness and living and healthy lifestyle. I love cooking and occasionally baking. I would describe myself as reliable, responsible and caring. I take every job I do seriously and fulfill all of my duties, as well as going over and beyond to whatever is needed for families and children.
