Hello, My name is Megan Walter and I am looking for employment with a family as a child care worker. I have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. My whole life has been dedicated to working and being involved with children, and through my numerous years working with children in both a paid and volunteer capacity, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills with children of all ages. It brings me great joy connecting with children and providing a positive and nurturing impact in their lives. I volunteered for a non-profit organization call Amigos de las Americas, where I lived in Costa Rica for 3 months doing community service and working with the local children teaching English in the local school. I have also experience in volunteering in classrooms and daycares. I am considered to be extremely responsible, caring and nurturing, very personable, as well as efficient, flexible and very dependable. I am self-motivated, detail oriented and down to earth. I have an excellent rapport with children of all ages and sincerely love working with them. I also manage households, helping with the mundane chores such as cooking healthy meals, laundry, and light cleaning so that your time can be focused spending it with your children. I am a college graduate with reliable transportation. I am infant/child CPR certified as well as having crisis prevention/intervention training.
