Sitter in Middletown, Rhode Island

Hello, My name is Lindsay. I am 24 years old, with roughly 7 years of childcare experience. I would love to be your new nanny/babysitter. I am moving to Middletown, RI in August, so I am looking for work around that area. I am willing to commute around an hour away if need be. I can start at the beginning of August if you need someone that soon. My going rate is roughly $9-15/hr, or we can work out a weekly rate if that is easier. I have had CPR and First Aid training. My most recent full time nanny position was for a family with four boys, age 2 (twins), 6, and 11. In high school, I took Psychology of Early Childhood 1 (one semester, birth to age 5) and Psychology of Early Childhood 2 (two semesters, age 6-12). During my senior year Early Childhood class, I took part in a program called Project Story Boost. Each senior was paired up with one first grader from the local elementary school, whom the teacher had noticed was having some reading difficulty. We would read to our students a few times a week,while teaching thkm good reading skills. The entire experience was wonderful, from start to finish. It was great to get to know the child one on one, watch her grow and learn throughout the school year.
