I am an experienced nanny of 10 years . I have worked with 5 families as a live-in and as a live-out. I enjoy children very much , watching them grow and excel in their world is an amazing experience . I have experience working in daycares as an infant and toddler teacher . I am currently a substitute teacher at a daycare center . My most recent experience has been with infants. I manage two or more children well at one time . I am a great planner and organize fun and educational activities daily for proper development . I am very engaging and vibrant with little ones . I have a nurturing and calm personality that children are drawn to and love instantly . I have completed my Associates degree In science . I have completed courses in nutrition and child development . I have continuing education courses in childcare that include infant massage , newborn care, pre and post natal nurtition for mothers, sleep training and breastfeeding techniques. I have some additional skills that I incorporate into my daily childcare routine such as American Sign Language and basic Spanish . I start teaching infants basic signing and Spanish vocabulary on a daily basis . I have completed training in nursing assistant , it's not activily used but I remember my training. I am available this Summer for full time work . I am on a temporary nanny assignment in Wisconsin and will be in New York in May/June . I am looking forward to meeting new families and exploring the city with some awesome children .
