Hello, My name is Rhonda Coleman and I have been a childcare provider for over 30 years, starting at 16 as a babysitter, then, after gaining my degree in Early Childhood Education, as a pre-school teacher for over 12 years before becoming a bonded nanny and foster care parent for the last 18. I have cared for children from ages newborn to 15 years, single births as well as multiples (twins to quints). I am CPR/First Aide certified (infant/child/adult) a strong swimmer and as foster care parent, have had a thorough background check, both locally and nationally. I have nurtured little ones with special needs as well, having trained in cognitive, physical and functional therapies. I enjoy my work, seeing it more as a career then a job; loving the one on one, personal connection with those I am in charge of and the bonding with the family in a whole; having them become more family to me than employer, many of my placements lasting more than 2 years.
