My fiance, Alex, and I would love to watch your child. We have a daughter of our own, Alyssa, who recently turned one, so we understand how difficult it is to find a good sitter. I am a senior at UTC majoring in child and family studies, and I have also worked at the UTC children's center caring for children from ages 6 weeks to 5 years. On top of that, I do have other babysitting experience and also experience with my own child. I have previously been certified in both CPR and first aid, however, I do need to be re-certified. Alex has experience with children as well. Though his experience is not on the same professional level mine is, he knows almost everything I do just from me talking about it so much. He would be the one watching your child the majority of the time as he stays home with our daughter right now, and I would also be there when I am not at work or in class.
