Sitter in Toronto, Ontario

Hi! I live in Toronto and I am looking for part-time childcare hours. I nannied full-time for a family in Toronto for 1.5 years, and we have fantastic relationships. I have covered for families on an occasional basis as well, mostly based on connections I've made through work with the family or in the neighbourhood at that time. I worked as a Social Worker before my work as a Nanny, and then Nannied while I went back to school, and then left to go back to my field of work. I currently wok part time as a Social Worker in an Addictions Treatment Center with women, and I love my job. I also really enjoy working with children and being a support to families and I like supplementing my (lowish) income and the intensity of the work with childcare in order to strike a balance in life. I am 33 years old, active, imaginative, intuitive and responsible. I have an up to date vulnerable sector check and strong references. It would be excellent if we lived in a close (ish) neighbourhood because this allows for more time and freedom in activities and the day to day. Feel free to call me for a conversation. Alissa
