I owned my own home daycare for 7 years in Hudson. I am licensed for 10 children. I also nannied prior to my daycare with a combined total of 19 years working with children. I truly enjoy watching children go through their milestones! I also feel it is very important for both the nanny and parents to maintain great communication, this way everyone is happy and on the same page. I generally like to send picture texts of the child throughout the day as i am sure you will miss them. I have a reliable car, a great driving record, I am non smoker, I am CPR and first aide certified as well as EEC Teacher certified for all ages in the state of Massachusetts- which is not a home daycare requirement. I took 6 years of Child growth & Development as well as maintaining a minimum of 20 hours in trainings a year on child related areas (asthma, crafts, allergies, development etc.) I have 2 children of my own (They will not have to accompany. Luckily my in laws watch my boys) my boys are 6 &10 years old. I understand how nerve wrecking it can be to leave your most precious gift with someone. I have excellent references!
