Hi! My name is Katelynn and I am a 24-year-old doctor of physical therapy student. I am studying to be a pediatric physical therapist. I have been a respite care worker for children with many different complex medical diagnoses. I have been a sport and water coach for a child with autism. I am CPR and water safety instructor certified through the red cross. I have assisted in therapy with children who have a wide range of disabilities and have been a preschool teacher for children with Asperger's. I have grown up around children and feel that it is my calling to work with children and people with disabilities. I have been a babysitter since the age of 12 and have grown up with a large number of younger family members that were my responsibility. I have taught preschool, been a tutor, and am the daughter of a kindergarten teacher so I am very comfortable with educational needs. I would love the opportunity to help care for your child.
