My name is Debbie Gentle. I'm 43 yrs old, w/ over 28 yrs (on&off) experience in childcare. I began babysitting at the age of 10 yrs old for a local neighbor who had an in home daycare. W/ in 2 yrs my Mother opened her own in home daycare in our house. I was an on hand helper! After 15 yrs, I began babysitting & nannying. I've worked in numerous daycares. I'm certified in: Newborn/Infant/Toddler CPR, Certified in Epi-pen administration, administration of a Nebulizer for children w/ asthma. I also cared for a newborn who needed a heart monitor attached 24/7. I love caring for newborns and up. I'm an extremely responsible adult, as I have a son of my own. His name is Nicholas, and he's 20 yrs old. He is Autistic - diagnosed w/ PDD-NOS. So I have experience w/ special needs as well.
