I have limited spots available in a in-home-daycare starting in August 19th 2013. I have 3 years experience as Nanny, volunteer work in a home-daycare as well as my own daughter, currently I am pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. We becoming state licensed and curriculum based early next year. I am only taking children ages 2-School age. I offer home-cooked meals for lunch and 2 healthy snacks a day. I can provided breakfast and dinner at an additional charge to the tuition rate. I am accustomed to planning and preparing activities appropriate to a child's learning level and will be implementing this skill for all children in my care. Activities include but are not limited to arts and crafts time, counting, sorting, letters, and a children's garden. In-Home Daycares are a great alternative to a traditional daycare for parents who want their children to have an close relationship with their caregivers. Our in center is only taking a limited number of children to provide each child with more individual attention and care, this gives me time to get to know each child's individual personality. In an in home center children have the opportunity to play and interact with a larger age group of children giving them life skills a traditional daycare or a Nanny can't provide. We can offer an environment that is familiar to children and feels safe to a child.
