Hi, my name is Marcie. I am a mom and a teacher. I opened Five Little Monkeys childcare and preschool in my home as a way to stay home with my boys while they are little. I love kids. I love seeing their faces light up when they learn something new. Children gain their foundation for life during the first 5 years. I believe in making every minute count by teaching them kindness, compassion, self confidence, and fundamental learning skills. I have a fun room set up for play and learning. We do circle time, reading, play with musical instruments, singing time, and practice large and fine motor skills. I have crafts and fun hands on recipes for the kids. Your child will have a lot fun and come home happy. * I have a Master's degree in teaching and Bachelors Degree in Child Development. * I am licensed and CPR/First Aid Certified. * I teach preschool every morning and provide a learning environment throughout the day. * I provide homemade meals and snacks, and work with food allergies. * Each child has their own cot for naps. * I take ages 3 months to 5 years old. * Open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. (extended hours are available if agreed upon in advance) * Will be EOB/Urban League Certified for low income this month.. * Located on Tropical/Walnut, between 215/Centennial and the I 15/Lamb in North Las Vegas, very close to the VA Hospital. * I charge $150 a week/full time.
