Sitter Job in Decatur, Indiana

I'm looking for a focused, excited childcare provider for my one year old. The hours and days will vary from week to week and hours may not be garnered each week. The hours could vary from anytime between 5-4 during the week and we may even ask for a night out time as well. Pay will be negotiated but we are on an extreme budget. The sitter must be able to come to our home, which has not been fully decided if we will be in Fort Wayne or Decatur yet though.
