Sitter Job in Fairfield, Connecticut

We are looking for a caregiver for our three children: infant son, 3 year old daughter and 5 year old daughter. We have a unique situation since care is required on an as needed basis. We are looking for someone with flexibility that is willing to babysit on demand. I work full time, Monday through Friday. Care would be needed during the week only from about 8:30 to 5:30. My husband is a professional pilot without a determined schedule. He is given notice of his trips normally 3 to 5 days prior to departure. Starting the first week of June, care is needed for our son and three year old for the full day. Our 5 year old attends kindergarten and comes home from the bus at 4 pm. During the summer months, our 5 year old will attend summer school and needs to be picked up at 12:30 from school. In September, our 3 year old will attend part time preschool for about 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. She will need to be brought and picked up from school.
