My name is Macy Kelley (19) and I am originally from Tallahassee, FL. Currently, I am in college in Palatka, FL where I have studied children development, children psychology, and human nutrition along with other useful classes. I am also CPR certified. My work experience includes 7 years working in the nursery at my church where I interacted with children ages 0-14. At the nursery I worked with large groups of children, provided snacks, played games, read books with the children, and attended any injuries they might have had. Along with working at the nursery, I have babysat for children in my neighborhood and for my own 3 younger brothers. When I am working with children I like to stay active which includes walks and finding a local park, make sure I use active communication for their own learning and language acquisition, find fun crafts to help with fine motor skills, make nutritional snacks for them, but most importantly I try to be a friend to them. I have also been driving for 3 years with only one accident so after school pick up will be safe for your children. My most important priority with be your children. I want to make sure that they are safe and well attended to. If I work for you and with you children I will make sure to be engaging and responsive to not only their needs but yours as well.
