Hello, my name is Cheryl Lautz and I am a child care provider and also a Realtor. In the winter the Real Estate market comes to a halt and I like to stay active and connected so I fill my time and supplement my income by doing childcare,pet care,elder care and running errands.I am a successful Realtor but my biggest and most important accomplishment is being the mother of 2 children Dr. Jamie Otfinoski 33 and Jaclyn Otfinoski Esq. 29. Raising a family while working is not an easy task. I should know, I did it as a single mom. I really enjoy providing top notch reliable childcare. I love children and they love me. I truly appreciate them as individuals and tend to them with patience and kindness. In the late 80's,when my children were small I owned a family daycare called Polka Dot Preschool to create income. Once my children were in school full time I became a Realtor and put my son through medical school and my daughter through law school. As they say the proof is in the pudding. My son Jamie Otfinoski is a foot surgeon at Danbury Hospital and my daughter is an immigration attorney in Washington D.C. Your children will get the TLC they deserve when you are busy with work so you can focus on business. I have found that building self esteem with positive reinforcement, praise and a flexible schedule are the building blocks to creating a nurturing environment I feel $20 an hour is fair and worth my time and effort. I'm hoping one day to be helping my own children with their children but until then I am available to help you.
