Owlets Home Childcare provides a safe, nurturing, fun, loving, and educational environment for infants, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and school aged children in both French and English. We promote the emotional, physical, and mental development of your child. At the Owlets Home Childcare, Jessica will have your children partake in crafts, play time, music time, outdoor play, homemade play-dough, walks, sensory-motor play, baking, reading, and circle time. The children will also be taught basic skills such as cleaning up after themselves, preparing for meals, hand washing, and other skills to help your child to fully develop. Children can also help in daily tasks such as watering plants and feeding our cat Merle as well as our fish Abraxas. In the summer, we will enjoy working in the garden as well as playing in our sandbox! We are five minutes from the Cataraqui Trails so we love to explore the forests and nature that surrounds us! The Owlets Home Childcare offers before and after-school care, and part-time or full-time care. The Owlet Home Childcare believes in respecting each other and nature, fairness, sharing, helping one another, love, and having fun! By way of background, Jessica Petersen has worked with children of all ages as a nanny with over 5 years of experience. Jessica has completed a year in Primary Education before starting her Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Psychology at St-Lawrence College. Jessica is also a loving mother of two. Her interests are music, jewelry making, biking, and many more outdoor activities. Jessica can provide a CPIC and a resume for parents or caregivers. PRICES: -Full day (up to 9 hours): $25 (or 30$ with snack) -Half day (up to 4 hours): $15 -Before and after school care: $15 Availability for January 2015: -Monday to Friday 7am-6pm (but flexible) -Occasional weekends -Occasional overnights
