My name is Aleena Vayalil and a sophomore at Niles West. I love working with kids and engaging with them in ways that will make it fun for the both of us. Because of my age, I think babysitting is the ideal first job. I have a younger sister and many younger cousins. I enjoy spending time with them in order to help out my aunt/uncles. Babysitting my sister and cousins have taught me how to be responsible, have a flexible schedule that fits with the parents and their needs, career experience, how to ask for help, and emergency skills. I can't imagine the trust parent's need to have to leave someone with their child. However, I can guarantee I am the best babysitter, with prior experience and the ideal qualities and characteristics to be a babysitter.
