Hi! I have a passion for working with and caring for babies!! I have years of newborn experience and multiples experience. I have wonderful references that are available to you upon request. I used to work in a daycare but switched to keeping babies at my house or watching them in their home because of the special bond I get to make with the child, we have more one on one time, opening up more opportunities for learning and trust, and I can create a nurturing and educational environment. I am CPR and first aid certified for newborns and children. I never leave the room a baby is in no matter what age. I am always on time and pride myself on being very cleanly. I will glady help with laundry, house chores, and other things you may need help with. I am an experienced baby feeder whether it be breast milk, formula, supplementing, rice cereal, or solids. I prefer to make all baby food by hand from fresh produce and would gladly do that as well. I like to spend most of my time outdoors, I love it and it is very benifical to a growing babies health. I have a curriculum set up that grows as your baby does to help them reach milestones and excercise their growing brains and muscles. And it is flexable to include what specifics you would like to incorporate into our days. I don't believe in screen time for babies unless there is something specific you would like us to watch as an activity. I have a daughter that is 5 months old so I would always treat your baby as I would my own. She can either come with me if you believe in a good social atmosphere or she can stay with her grandma some days. The last nanny position I have had was with two other babies who were 7 and 8 months when I started and my daughter came with me from the age of 6 weeks old and on. I would never bring her along if she was showing any signs of being sick. If you decide to hire me, I will definitely not bring my daughter the first couple of weeks as I want to get to know YOUR baby; their quirks, soothing techniques, temper, etc. I am very good at keeping numerous babies on a schedule. Also, I am available on short notice or date nights! I am looking for a long term positon where I can create a stong relationship with a family that will last a very long time! Thank you. Emilee Z
