I'm an
Individual
Lake Harriet Christian Child Care Center is looking to hire an Infant Teacher! A bit about LHCCC: we are a small, NAEYC accredited, non-profit child care center that has been located just off of 50th and France for almost 31 years. We provide care for children between the ages of 6 weeks and school age. At LHCCC, we not only strive to ensure that every day is an opportunity to grow and learn for children but also for staff. In order to achieve this, we keep low ratios, employ a majority of lead-teacher qualified staff, and assist teachers with their professional development and continuing education plans. We want teachers to be able to focus on their classrooms and students as well, which is why we employ kitchen and cleaning staff to help with every day activities that might normally draw teachers away from their classrooms. Why is LHCCC a great place to work? We are a young, vibrant center full of fresh ideas and energy. Like our students, we don't like to sit still! Whenever there's a down moment, we are looking for ways to improve our classrooms, our teaching styles, or the center as a whole. As well, we appreciate our staff! On top of PTO, Health Care benefits, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement, we offer reduced rates for employee child care, flexibility, paid planning time, and free lunches and snacks. We are located within walking distance of many restaurants, bakeries, and stores so you can make use of your hour break! To learn more about LHCCC, visit our website at www.....org!
