I am searching a full time nanny for my twin girls. They are 4.5 months old. The hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30 to about 6 pm(definitely open to negotiation). We would like to pay a fixed weekly salary of $400 per week, open to discussion. That means that we will pay the agreed upon amount even when you take time off for holidays.
