I've been working for the past 15 years as a nanny/babysitter, for a period of 3 to 7 years from families with diversity cultures and from different country's such as Italians, Americans and Cubans. I have always worked during the day from very early in the morning to evenings, during my working hours my main focus has always been the taking care of the babies. In some cases I have worked with kids since birth until they are ready to go to school full time meaning Elementary.
