Hello, my name is Khyara and an experienced child care provider. Through family engagement and being a co-teacher at a summer camp I have developed my skills around children. As a teenager I was constantly babysitting those who who newborns to those who were pre-teens. I have watched over the maximum of 5 children, 27-ish students, and have had no issues. I have recently learned I adore children and want to assist them in my career moving forward. I am a Human Services major and junior is University. I attend classes online and it has allowed me to learn more about families and children. I prefer to know the expectations of parents/ guardians and the development of a game plan. I would not want to contribute to a child's development in a way a parent would not appreciate. I tend to be straight-forward and realistic, and that is not what everyone wants.
