Sitter Job in Lubbock, Texas

I am just moving to the Lubbock area in April. My job is shift work and would require me to stay late or work overtime. I work for Xcel Energy company and we handle a large area of North and South Texas and NM. My shift hours would range from 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10pm and overnight of 10pm-6am. I have a 12 year old son named Brock and I am looking for a nanny or babysitter for long term. My work days would be 10 days on and four days off. I would definitely need someone dependable and available when needed and would be willing to come to my home.
