Hi, My name is Hayley I'm a very active person who enjoy working with kids! I have my first-aid and CPR certificate. I also have experienced both babysitting and working at an overnight summer camp. I have been babysitting my cousins since high school who are between 5 and 12. At camp Kennebec my responsibilities were to help my cabin get ready for the day, assist in bathing and feminine hygiene and making sure they brushed their teeth and had sunscreen on. I make sure they got to breakfast and dinner on time and through out the day I work with other kids in the camp often worked in the arts and crafts station, coming up with fun and new crafts for the kids and helping them with their art. . I have volunteer at York Mills Collegiate Institute In their DD class for 7 years. Here I help with agendas and school work I also help get them ready to go on trips as well as accompany the class on outings. At Birchmount Park Collegiate Institute I was the bestbuddies chapter president where I would pair a disabled student with a non-disabled student based on their abilities and personality. I also organized the weekly activities. (Bestbuddies is a club which pairs the average student with a disabled student to create friendships. )
