Hello Families! My name is Heidi Marie ♡ I have 7 years of professional childcare experience. I have 8 years of teaching experience, including teaching students aged 5-9 classical ballet and creative movement in professional ballet schools that I have personally danced and trained in. I also have experience teaching foreign-born children ESL (English as a Second Language) and French to students of all ages. I am a very nurturing, energetic, dependable, loving, patient, and attentive caregiver. I know how to take initiative and keep your child safe when I am taking care of them. [Note: I am: -Lifeguard certified - Water Safety Certified -First-Aid Certified ] I have a solid secondary educational background with significant coursework and training in the language arts including English and Creative writing, also History, and Early Elementary Education. I have a strong classical ballet background as well as 5 years of figure skating training. I have experience working with children of many different religious, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. I love to work with diverse families of different backgrounds and cultures when possible and always establish a good repore with parents. Open communication between the parent and myself is very important to me as a childcare provider. At the present time, I am ideally looking for a regular, part time position with a warm and welcoming family in the Pompano/Delray/Boca Raton area.
