Hello! My name is Sarah Hughes. I will be moving to Helena, MT in late August for school and will be pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. I have been babysitting/part time nannying for well over 6 years now, and have experience watching children 5 months of age and older. As the oldest of four, I have basically grown up babysitting! Besides babysitting, I have spent time volunteering at vacation bible camps, working as a personal care worker for children with special needs, and am currently working as a summer teacher's assistant at a preschool in my home town. I absolutely love working with kids! I am a big believer in playing outside, using imaginations, and reading as many books as we can get through! I love doing art projects or baking with kids, and am always game for a walk or bike ride to a nearby playground. I have a proficient knowledge of both Spanish and Vocal Music/Theory, and love dancing and teaching new songs to the kiddos I work with. I am certified in CPR/First Aid, and have experience with children wit special needs, specifically Autism and Sensory Processing Disorder.
