Maggi worked for our family from August 2012 March 2015. Her primary responsibility was as our nanny for our two girls, who are now 7 and 8 years old. Maggi was responsible for bringing them to and from school, feeding them healthy meals, playing with them, and taking them to their extracurricular activities. In addition, she initially helped out with light housework, laundry, errands, and cooking dinner. Once the kids were both in full day school programs, Maggi assumed more housekeeping responsibilities. An excellent side benefit of having Maggi work for us is that she made my life so much easier as a working mother. She anticipated my needs and took care of things without me asking. She also shopped and cooked healthy, delicious breakfasts, snacks and dinners. She really took care of all four of us! What's most important for you to know is that Maggi loved and cared for my children as though they were her own. She took them to libraries, art museums, playgrounds, and nature centers. Maggi is extremely creative and was constantly working on arts and crafts projects with the kids as well. Maggi has become a member of our extended family and is still a close friend of mine and a surrogate aunt to my children. Itâ s important to note that one of my children has special needs; Maggi was patient, kind, and loving to her. She was also a true partner for me in terms of figuring out how to meet my child's special needs. Finally, Maggi worked directly with me to determine appropriate discipline. Maggi is dependable, trustworthy, and loyal. She never missed a day of work during the three years she worked for our family. Maggi would still be working for us today if we hadn't moved across the country (and trust me, I thought about dragging her with us!). I love her dearly and highly recommend her. Here is a brief recommendation from my older child: Maggi was the best companion to me and my sister. She does projects with us and cooks helps with are homework. She was never late for pickup and never goes on the phone unless it is an emergency. She is just great. She takes us on great trips to amusement parks and other fun places. She also took us to each town, which had a playground and a library she took us to a lot of those. She can level up with any kid. She also plays with the kids. She will also help make art and snowmen. She has a pet bird named Luna. She will babysit overnight if needed. When I first met her I was a scrawny little kid that did everything very quick and messy. When she came she taught me to go much slower and neater. She changed my life. She also taught my little sister and me kindness and caring. I loved Maggi and so will you.

Maggi became a wonderful member of our family during her employment with us. She went above and beyond of her care for our 2 daughters (ages 9,11). Her initiative was amazing- from art projects, to displays of our children's work, managing an herb garden, organizing our groceries/weekly needs and transitioning us to a healthy diet. She is a kind, honest and extremely hard working woman.
