Sitter in Springfield, Oregon

I am 22 years old. I have loved children and babies since I was a baby! I am kind, patient, and understanding. I love to bake, play, and do art projects with little ones, and I always make sure the mess is picked up afterwards. I've been told that I am very good at explaining difficult concepts to small children, such as the water cycle, our immune systems, and why it hurts when we get injured (our body is telling our brain that we need "doctor cells" to fix something that was broken). I enjoy using educational toys with children to help introduce them to school subjects, and I feel play and social interaction are the best teachers. I have had a lot of experience taking care of young ones, including spending a year as a live-in babysitter of a wonderful 3-4-year-old little girl. I have never been accused or convicted of any serious crime, child-related or otherwise. I am available to take care of your children at any time, day or night, except for Sunday afternoons 12-4 PM, and Thursday Evenings 5-10 PM.
