Hi. My name is Becky Shiffer and I am interested in meeting you and your family. I currently work at Ferguson Elementary,as a paraprofessional in 2nd grade. As you know, school is ending soon and I am interested in some fun summer work. I live in the State College Borough with my husband and two little doggies. I have been working with children of all ages and backgrounds for the past twenty years. I have a bachelors degree in psychology. I love to craft and do fun summer things outdoors like go to the pool. I do not speak Japanese but am very open to learning about different cultures. There are two little Japanese girls in the classroom that I work in and I have learned some things about their culture. I am a very fun loving but mature and responsible person. I do have my own car and don't mind doing transportation to fun summer events, like the Schlow Library Summer Reading program, the pool, or childrens day at The Arts Festival.
