Hello, My name is Kenya Adams and I am a 21 year old female college student. BACKGROUND: I grew up in the central Florida area and moved up to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida. I didn’t have the best childhood growing up but despite our tribulations, I was very blessed. I am God- fearing and I absolutely love children. I have 3 siblings: a 4 year old, 12 year old, and 13 year old. I helped raise my siblings considering my single mother was working a lot to support the household. During that time, I fell in love with it. Since then, I have volunteered at a close friend’s home daycare and I have took on many responsibilities caring for children of family and friends. I have had experience with all ages and being a college student, I am proficient in tutoring grade school kids. I am a very fun-loving person. I love to have wholesome fun and create learning opportunities every day. The difference between the other sitters and I relies solely on the fact that this isn’t just a job, this is a chance to make a positive impact on our future! I love it. **sidenote: I am currently struggling to pay for classes, so I am able to work out an upfront one time payment to cover up to a year worth of sitting.
