One of my many roles while in the Sea Cadets was the responsibility and oversight of younger cadets, in which I was a staff member for training of these cadets. Do to the trust I developed with the younger cadets we successfully completed this training and our team won 1st place. I've enlisted in the Navy, which further shows my determination and commitment to bettering myself as I still have a lot to learn in life.
