Over the past two years I have been a teacher's assistant for a special education gym class. While being a teacher's assistant I have helped out students with down syndrome, autism, and other learning disabilities between the ages of 14-17 years old. As well, being a teacher's assistant for a local dance studio, teaching ballet to girls ages ranging from 4-8 years old! While going to school part-time, I've gained experience in babysitting with children ranging from 5 months-8 years old. Aside from babysitting, I work part-time at a retirement home ensuring all residents get the appropriate food needed, laundry folded, and room cleaned. In my spare time I like to hike, camp, ski and try all sorts of new things no matter what age I'm learning them from! I also have my Standard First Aid and CPR level C :) I would love to gain more experience caring for others, and if you would like to get to know me a little better just send me a message!
