My name is Alexandra Morimanno, I am a 19 year old student in college to be a teacher. I work with children 2 times weekly for bible quizzing, and I organize all tournaments for Texas district. I have been babysitting and nannying for 7 years now! I love working with children whether it be just playing with them, or helping them learn. I am CPR certified, I enjoy crafts, music and scrapbooking. I believe that the best way to motivate children is through reward rather than punishment, however you cannot put one method or structure for every child, each child has very different needs and requires a different amount of attention!
