I have over seven years of paid experience with children. I have been watching kids since before I was a teenager. I have an extreme amount of experience with children with special needs (Autism, Down syndrome, deaf, blind, etc.). I have no problem with discipline when it is needed. The most kids I have watched at one time by myself is 9 and they were all under 8 with newborn being the youngest. I have grown up around ABA Therapy so I use a lot of those techniques in teaching and watching the children.
I am CPR/First Aid certified and Seizure certified. I love kids and love to watch them grow!
