Hello to all you great families my name is Crystal and i’m 40 years young and i am going to tell you why i’d make a great nanny for your family. First I’m educated, extremely reliable, super nurturing, great at multi-tasking and have good communication skills. I have 6 plus years exp. Being a nanny mostly multiples, but have had kids from newborn up to teenagers. I enjoy this job so much, because you get to see them grow,learn, and develop right before your eyes, I spent 10 years as a RN in the pediatric ER and NICU, but i enjoy taking care of healthy kids;) I always have the philosophy these are your kids and i fully respect your wishes on discipline and activities that you want them to be doing. I’m super flexible with schedule, i’m also a water safety instructor through American Red Cross. It’s a bonus if i work for you because then they are free! I’m a non smoker and have a new reliable car and have no small kids at home. I want to be part of somebody's family not just the “nanny”. Last and most important I’m a christian, but never push that on any family, but i was raised by a great family who taught me values and morals.
