I'm currently an approved substitute teacher within the School District of Philadelphia. I also am a part time virtual assistant for Courage to Believe International. I've worked with children all my life ,starting at age six helping my mother with my four siblings then started working I a daycare at the age of thirteen. I am also a widowed single mother of four an I have two grandchildren which I currently have custody of. My son is a senior an is headed to college. I also have three daughters all whom are beautiful and respectful children and two grands. I am very caring and nurturing. I also volunteer throughout the summer with the Nutritional Development Services Program through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia providing free lunches to the children in my community and have done so for the past two years. I believe it takes a village to raise our children and my goal is to open up a group home for teenage parents. I can go on am on about my passion for helping children grow into productive members of society and furthermore fostering safer environments for children within underserved communities.
