Hello! My name is Ameera, I am a third-year university student searching for babysitting opportunities for the summer. I have plenty of experience with children of all ages and love to be surrounded by their creative and engaging spirits. Children have an innocence and joy that becomes harder to hold onto with age and I find myself wanting to reconnect with that simpler and happier time. This is why I'm encouraged to babysit again to remember and reconnect with that child-like energy and spirit we all have inside of us. Often, children are not seen as autonomous individuals and many conflicts stem from their desire to be independent or control their surroundings. As a result, I focus on using 'gentle parenting' techniques and treating children as smart, capable individuals to avoid escalated conflict but also resolve it. Fully vaccinated, only interested in working with vaccinated families. I do not drink or smoke. I am comfortable with pets (no large dogs). Please message!
