Sitter in Santa Clara, California

Howdy, my name is Brooke! :) Resume Summary: I'm hoping to find a sitter work or part time tutor opportunity in Santa Clara, CA and the surrounding San Jose/Campbell, CA area. I will be a hardworking and engaging employee. I’m looking for a family of 1-2 kids (any gender, ages 4-18) whom I can baby sit and/or tutor for a few hours. I am willing to help with homework and tend to dogs while I’m babysitting. Service Abilities: I have experience with play date supervision, meal preparation, homework assistance, and children's crafting/art and games. On top of this, I have a 4 door car (Toyota RAV4 2012) that I can use for transport, errands, etc. and I have experience working/living in a household with 2 dogs. I have basic experience in dog training and have taken care of small and large dogs, as well as puppies. Personal Info/Background: I am currently a junior biomolecular engineering undergrad at Santa Clara University. I‘m captain of my university’s women’s club soccer team and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and Society of Women Engineers. Outside of my academics, I enjoy drawing and painting, playing soccer and basketball, listening to music, playing video games, and traveling. I also love Marvel, Disney, and fiction reading. In high school, I belonged to the National Honors Society, maintained a 3.6 GPA with honors/AP classes, and achieved a 36 superscore on the ACT, while playing Varsity soccer and year-round club sports.
