Sitter Job in Las Vegas, Nevada

My wife and I work full time and need to find a long term babysitter if possible. My wife works for Mary Kay. I work for the Federal Government. We have a 13 month old boy. We live off of Cheyenne and 215. We can pay 10 an hour. We are looking for roughly 20 hours a week. We need the babysitter to watch our son at our residence please. I am 45 and Josh is my first child. I am ofcourse very protective and simply do not like the idea of him being at some else's home. Thankyou for understanding. We are hoping to find someone who can work say three days a week for examply Monday, Wednesday, and Friday roughly 1pm to 7pm. Also needed would be occasional weekend or date night babysitting if possible.
