Hi there! My name is Dominique and I have been babysitting/ working as an Au Pair, for about 10 years now. I started working as a babysitter for a family of four, with two young girls at 14, and worked for them until I was 20. After that came to an end I transitioned into a full on Au Pair for a woman with her son for a year until the family moved. I took some time working in customer service full time, but after three years I transitioned to a part time job, and began working part time for a family once again until I moved to New Zealand. I have worked with newborns, toddlers, and young children, the ages ranging from 3 month to 9 years. I also volunteered at a youth camp in a church for 4 years, where I was eventually put in a position of leadership. There I was tasked with homework help, creating games and activities for the kids, and intervening in any conflicts and providing guidance. Those children that I worked with ranged from 6 to 12. I have always loved working with children, and am very passionate about providing a safe, creative, educational, and fun environment for them to thrive in.
