Hi, I'm Shemieka. I love children and i have two young girls of my own. I am currently available to provide part time care weeknights after 6 pm and full/part time care on weekends. Working with preschool children is one of my passions and I have been blessed to do it for over 20 years! My career in childcare has been mainly in large centers such as Childcare Network, but I have recently made the transition to in home care. I prefer a smaller, more intimate setting where i can provide more personalized and one on one care. I am also a recent graduate of Guilford College, where i obtained my BA in Psychology. I plan on furthering my education in a related field and going on to become a Marriage and Family councelor because i believe that communication within families is the key to healthy, functional, relationships.
