Sitter in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Hi there, my name is Emilee, I'm 22 years old and just recently moved to Dartmouth from Prince Edward Island. I've been working with children since 2010. My first job was working in a private home child care setting for 3 years until I graduated from high school. I've then worked in a licensed centre with children ages 5-12 and continued that job for 3 years until I've moved to Dartmouth. I've worked at Camp Gencheff (PEI) which is a camp specifically for children, teens and adults with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, autism, etc. My education includes the first year from the Early Childhood Education program from Holland College (PEI) and I am a graduate from the Human Services program from Holland College. I specialize in working with children with intellectual disabilities, autism, behaviour difficulties etc. I've worked in the school system in PEI as an Educational Assistant at an elementary school with children who have very high needs. I love animals and doing kid activities! Any overnight work would inquire me taking my own dog, Billy. He is 8 year old Teacup Yorkie. I'm not looking for full time work, some evenings in the week or on the weekends, as I'm a sub EPA in the schools here in Dartmouth/Halifax. **HOURS are flexible and so are the days available!**
