Hey, y'all! After 14 years working in pediatrics, I am looking instead to provide private childcare in my home. I am certified in Healthcare Provider BLS (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. I am very well-educated and a mom of four. I am simply looking for a better work environment than shift work at hospitals, and since I'm most comfortable with pediatric patients, I decided I would like to continue working with kids while providing a better life for my own family. I have a large home conducive to caring for your child(ren) and am located in Fishers near Hamilton Town Center. There are have openings for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. My hours are flexible, and I would even consider overnight care for hospital or other employees if needed. Special needs children are welcome. I have lived in this area for 6 1/2 years and have plenty of local references and can also provide out of town references. Providing just hugs and bottles isn't enough, so your child will experience age-appropriate learning and plenty of activities. Considering my experience, there's not much that can happen which would phase me. Explosive diaper? On it. Having a meltdown because Momma or Daddy left? I got this! Potty training? No worries! I do have a dog and kitten, but they will remain upstairs as long as any child is in my care. I never liked the idea of a larger center helping to raise my children, so I'm excited to provide care such as this.
