Warm, loving daycare provider who would like to run their own family daycare out of my home. Home daycare facility for 33 years. Wife has recently passed away. Daycare was licensed for 8 children. Large kitchen that enters into daycare room, 19' x 19'. Daycare room exits to large fenced in backyard which has large sandbox, swing sets, and activity equipment. Other equipment include play pens for napping, highchairs, toys, changing counter area, books, arts and craft material, and 33 years of accumulated items to use.
