I'm Joanna Ramirez. I'm a single mother of one 13 year old amazing son whom is my absolute pride and joy. My life didn't begin until I gave my son his. Ever since that day my goals and priorities have a new level of importance. I set high goals for myself and willingly go above and beyond to make sure I set a positive example for my offspring. I'm levelheaded, down to earth, humble and trustworthy. I'm punctual, reliable and a true team player. I thrive on new challenges and accomplish each challenge piece by piece. I appreciate and show gratitude for constructive criticism because to me constructive criticism allows growth and I enthusiastically gain knowledge. I originated from a breed that takes pride in remarkable work ethic and promotes respect. Also I find it very important to make sure you show your employer appreciation for allowing you to break bread with your family. I show that appreciation by Hardwork and strong determination. My son is the sole purpose I fell in love with children. I lead my son by example and enjoy watching him develop his own articulate personality from the wisdom I've shed. I love to teach him new things and steadily watch his forward rewarding progress. I adore children genuinely. I enjoy listening to their ideas making them smile and utilizing my skills where it matters most.
