Hi, I’m Lina! I am a rising senior at the Collegiate School. I currently work as a manager at Kumon Learning Center, so if your child needs any help with homework or extra practice, I am an expert! I started working at Kumon when I was 15 as a “juniors” teacher. This means I taught children aged 4-6 their ABCs and 123s (basic addition, putting together or words, word sounds, etc.). I was then promoted to manager and now I work with kids 6-14. I’ve had experience babysitting toddlers and children for 3-4 years. As I hope you can tell, I love working with kids! They are an escape from the high pressure environment of school and college applications. I can help with homework, chores, playtime, and anything you need help with! Some hobbies of mine include dance (ballet and tap), volunteering with the Faison School, painting/sketching, and spending time with my dog. Last minute jobs are accepted (within circumstance) and I'm pretty flexible. I also have my own car so if you need any errands run, I can run them for you.
