Hello prospective host family, I am currently seeking a full-time live-out nanny position, available Monday to Friday for 8 hours a day, starting Asap In terms of compensation, I am offering two options: A nanny position at $25 per hour along with a TTC monthly pass. Alternatively, I can provide comprehensive services including cooking, baking, cleaning, and babysitting, bundling these three positions into one at a rate of $30 per hour. I am an individual characterized by honesty, trustworthiness, punctuality, patience, reliability, helpfulness, organizational skills, hard work, and a caring nature. I have studied as a Personal Support Worker, specializing in aiding individuals with activities of daily living. Additionally, I have gained experience working with recreational activities teams in Toronto, Canada. I have been employed with a host family in the Markham area, living in their residence and caring for their daughter since she was 7 months old; she is now 3 and a half years old. My tenure with them began under a 2-year contract (LMIA) from April 15, 2021, to April 15, 2023. I continued working with them until the end of September 2023, summing up a total of 3 years of service with this family. I am now a Permanent Resident. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including homemade cooking and baking various items like cakes, muffins, pancakes, pizza, lasagna, shepherd's pie, pumpkin and apple pies, ensuring all meals are healthy and suitable for both the adults and the child. Additionally, I handle comprehensive housekeeping duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, organizing, tidying the play area, laundry, folding clothes, and cleaning bathrooms. As a babysitter, I change diapers, engage in playtime, prepare and feed the child, put her down for naps, teach hygiene practices, occasionally drive her, and drop her off at daycare, among other childcare responsibilities. While I was a PSW student in 2020, I gained valuable experience working with a Canadian family in Toronto as an after-school nanny. My primary responsibilities included: 1. Ensuring the safety of two boys aged 9 and 12. 2. Picking them up from school at 3 pm. 3. Accompanying them to after-school activities such as music and karate classes. 4. Preparing meals and cooking dinner (using Chef Plate) for the family 2-3 times a week. 5. Handling kids' laundry and folding clothes. 6. Ironing shirts as needed. 7. Taking care of household tasks like emptying the garbage, sweeping floors, and vacuuming couches. 8. Feeding the cats. 9. Following a daily to-do list left by the host family. 10. Taking the kids to the library. 11. Unloading the dishwasher. These responsibilities allowed me to contribute effectively to the family's daily routines and ensure a safe and supportive environment for the children.
